Do you have cancelation policy?

Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a fee 50% of the service total. No show fee is the same, and may result in being blocked from booking online.

What if I am running late?

If you are running more than 15 minutes late, this may result in a shortened service such as no blow dry, or you may need to reschedule. I always do my best to stay on schedule as well and will always contact you if I'm a bit behind; I respect your time too!

Do I need to shampoo my hair before service?

Yes! Dirty hair is better for a coloring service is a myth. A freshly clean scalp and hair offers true color results.

Can I work or have a silent appointment?

​Most definitely! I have free wi-fi for you to enjoy! I completely understand that you may need to work, or only get a little quiet time to yourself to relax and decompress. 

How do I know what to book?
